Noah’s Ark Christian Academy accepts checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (credit or debit).
Annual Registration Fee (non-refundable) is $100 per child & $75.00 per child for families enrolling multiple children. This covers all ABeka ® Books and administrative cost for the year. Registration is due upon enrollment and in August of each year.
A late Pick-Up Fee will be charged of $1.00 per minute per child after 7:00pm and will be due upon arrival.
Tuition is charged weekly and is due on Fridays for the following week.
$25.00 will be added to late tuition payments if paid after Monday.
Payment must be received by Monday morning drop-off, or the children will not be permitted to return to the center until the balance is paid in full (includes before/after school program.)
In the event of a returned check, there will be a $30.00 charge, and all subsequent payments must be made by cash, money order or credit/debit card.
It is the parents’ responsibility to keep receipts for all cash payments.
There will be no reduction of tuition for holidays, weather closures, or days absent for vacation or illness.
All families are entitled to two vacation weeks per year. Vacation weeks are discounted 50%. If your child will be absent one full week due to family vacations please notify the administrative staff and fill out the Child Absence Form one week in advance in order to receive your discount. Any family who takes a vacation week without payment will have to pay the $100 enrollment fee plus one weeks advance tuition. Families taking more than two vacation per year will also have to pay the $100 enrollment fee before their child can return to NACA.
We request a two weeks notice if you must void your enrollment contract for your child for any reason. You are responsible for tuition payments for those two weeks.
If your child is suspended and your enrollment contract voided by the Director/Management for any reason, there will be no refund in tuition.
NACA is requesting that all the parents donate supplies for the classrooms at least twice a year.
